Eli bent over backward to make sure that I drove home a happy and satisfied customer. And that I did!!! Any concerns I had, without hesitation, were addressed and taken care of. I had always steered away from German cars because of the high maintenance and repair costs, even though my dream car was always a red BMW. Well, I came to the right place. My worries disappeared when they told me that their labor costs per hour were 1/2 of what the BMW dealers charge. I am also able to get the parts for a fraction of the price that BMW charges.
They offer a fantastic extended warranty which covers all the things you would lose sleep over, and there is no deductible charged to use it!
HERE IS THE KICKER: I had such a great experience with Secured Car Brokers that I took my husband back there 3 weeks later and he got a Mercedes!!! So far we are very HAPPY customers and would highly recommend buying your next car(s) from them.

These guys were awesome. I was all over the country during the time I was inquiring about the vehicle I bought from them. Brian, Eli and Steve went above and beyond to help me acquire it...assuring it was not sold out from under me. Brian even brought the vehicle out to me in a snow storm at the airport while I was on layover to initially put my eye on it. Everything about these guys makes a car buying experience great and it's a shame that bigger dealers forget about what makes them tick. Us, the customer. This is the only place I will buy from! I have purchased from big dealers before and was always treated like a number, here you are treated like a friend. Their inventory is very impressive yes, but the service is even better. I am currently in my second car from secured, they worked with my budget and to make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. No pressure sales and incredible follow through on even the smallest issue or question. When you buy from these guys it is not an all day miserable experience, its actually fun to sit there and talk.
